Amount, rf any, pard by the defendants rn the loan accounts or amount, rf any, recovered by the Applicant Bank after frlrng of the O.A- the same be takcn lnto account whrle arriv ng at the exact amount of dues/debl^payable by the defendants. Accordrngly,^pendentelrte and futlrre rnterest shall be calculated on the reduced amount.

(3) Defendants are debarred from drsposrng, ahenating or dealrng with any of the^propertres belonginq to them till the aforesaid decretal debt rs recovered from the defendants.

14)^{DeFendantsare grven a trme of thirtydaysfrom the date of the ludgement/FinalOrderfor} repaying of the above mentioned dues, so rntamated to them. In case the defendants fail to pay the dues wrthin the above mentioned time, the applicant bank is entitled to recover its dues by sale of secured assets, if any. Applicant bank is also entitled to^proceed agarnst personal properties of the defendants (Both movable and immovable) and also p.oceed against the defendants^personally to recover the dues in accordance wrth^law.

(s) Let the CertrficaLe of Recovery be drawn up by Ld. Registrar forlhwtth rn terms of Judgement for rssuance oF the same agarnst defendants rn favour oF the applicant bank under Sectron 19 l22J of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 and put up the samc for rssuance of the Certrficate.

(6) Ld. Recovery Officer shall realize the amount as per the Recovery Certrficate from the defendants rn accordance wrth law.

(7) Ld. Registrar of this Tnbunal is drrected to deliver recovery certaficate in lerm of the frnal orderljudgement for recovery of the sum agarnst the defendant in favour of the Applcant Bank under Section 19 (22) of the Recovery of Debts due to the Eank and Frnancial lnstiLutions Act, 1993 now known as Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993.
