No Due Certificate dated 06/02/2023 has been issued in favour of the defendant, which is annexed to the instant I.A. Hence, the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the instant O.A/32/2020. In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the instant I.A. and all other pending I.As are disposed of along with O.A. 32 of 2020 in the category of dismissed as withdrawn as amicably settled.
