No. 289^{of 2022filedby the ApplicantBank is aliowed and debt is determinedwithcost} against the^{defendants. lt is hereby orderedthat applicant bank is entitledto recovei from} the defendants the^{totalamountto the tuneof Rs 23'18'37U-(Rupeestwenty three lakh} eighteen thousand^{three hundred seventy one only) with pendenteliteand futureinterest} @^{10o/o per annuminterestwithsimple on the amount due from the dateof filinq of the} oraginal Application^{i.e.3l0612022till full andfinalrealization of the claimamount}

(2) Amount, if^{any, paid by the defendantsin the loan accountsor amount' if any' recoveredby} the Applicant^{Bank after filing of theO A the same be taken intoaccountwhile arriving at} theexactamountofdues/debtpayablebythedefendants.Accordingly,pendenteliteand future interest shall^{be calculated on the reducedamount'}
