Record of this case has been taken up on being pointed out that in the Final Order and in the Zimni Order amount due for recovery of Rs.36,37,830.00 (Rs. Thirty Six Lacs Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only) was mentioned at the time of passing the final order on 20.02.2024 notwithstanding the fact that in the Original Application recovery of Rs.36,67,830.00 (Rs. Thirty Six Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only) was prayed.
To perpetuate an error is no heroism but to rectify the same at once is the need of the judicial conscience.
Therefore, in the Final Order and also in Zimni Order the amount mentioned of Rs.36,37,830.00 (Rs. Thirty Six Lacs Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only) should be read as Rs.36,67,830.00 (Rs. Thirty Six Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only).
The inadvertence/error crept in the Final Order stands corrected. This order be deemed as part of the Final Order. It be uploaded on the website of this Tribunal. Record be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
