Whereas the applicant bank has filed^{the instantOA in this} Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs. 26,87,936.61^togetherwith future and pendentelite interest, cost etc. against the^defendants.

Whereas during the pendency of the case before the^DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account and in this regard the ApplicantBank has filed a Joint Application for withdrawal of original application supported with affidavit of Shri Ramlakhan Mishra, Chief Manager and Shri Aman Singh Sisodiya Defendant No.-2 who is Proprietor of Defendant No.-1.

Now in terms of reference made by the counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 09th Day of March , 2024 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 9.50 Lac (Rupees Nine Lac and Fifty Thousand only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the oA No.-1 131122 is disposed of as withdrawn. court fee be refunded as per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concerned parties or their representatives.
