In the present IA, the applicant is seeking
restrain order qua the property plot L-128
alongwith structure / building constructed
thereon, in the property survey under serial
number 293, situated at Verna industrial
estate, within the limits of village Loutaim,
Taluka and sub-District of Salcete, District
South Goa-403602 (hereinafter referred as
“property in question”).
Heard both sides.
After considering the submissions of both

parties, since in the sale notice d	ated
19/01/2023 the wrong / incorrect detail of property in question was mentioned in auction sale notice dated 19/01/2	the the 023
therefore, there is mistake / error in auction notice. Thus, the auction sale no dated 19/01/2023 upto the extent qua	the tice the
property in question is hereby quas	hed.
However, the Respondent has liberty proceed fresh for the property in ques inaccordance with law.	to tion
Since, the main issue which was raised in present SA has already been decided by Tribunal as above. Therefore, the present S hereby disposed off with liberty to the part File be close and consigned to record room. D	the this A is ies. P.O. RT-I
