vi) The l"t Respondent Bank has auctioned the property to the extent of G+2 floors on 22.10.2021 through e_auction sale and deposited an amount of Rs. 1,6g,73,560/- into the NpA account on 26.1L.2O21. The 1st Respondent Bank has adjusted around Rs.60.00 lakhs towards the loan account and the remaining Rs. 1,15,00,000/- was credited to the Applicant,s account. The actual value of the property i.e., G+5 floors building is Rs.5,40,00,000/- but, the lst Respondent sold the propert5z for an undervalued price, which caused irreparable loss and injury to the Applicant. The Auction purchaser and his persons are misleading the registration authorities that it is only G+2 floors by suppressing the fact of existing G+5 floors of the subject ding.
