This application is supported by an affidavit of Shri Ashok Kumar Singh S/o Late Mangal Prasad Singh, Chief Manager, Bank of India, Assets Recovery Branch, 1st Floor, Chanakya Tower, R-Block, Patna which substantiates the contents of the application. Under the circumstances, the MA stands allowed and RC no.553 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
