As per instructions received they will be withdrawing 13(2) notice as such this Securitisation Application stands disposed off. The respondent is having liberty to issue fresh 13(2) notice. 3. In view of the above statement made by the counsel for the respondent, I pass the following order through video conferencing. ORDER A. The Securitisation Application No.339/2023 stands disposed off.
		B. In this matter both the parties are ready and willing for settlement. Let the applicant approach the bank at the earliest alongwith the proposal of one time settlement and the amount they have offered. C. File be consigned to the record room.
