		IDBI Bank ..Applicant Versus Yogesh Hiraman Sonar & others ..Defendants Mr. A. S. Pathak - Advocate for the applicant-bank. The matter is taken through Video Conference. 1. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant-bank submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the entire amount has been received by the bank and the account is closed. He requests for disposal of the matter. 2. The counsel requests for return of the original documents and also refund of the court fees as per rules. 3. In view of the above statement made by the counsel for the applicant-bank, I pass the following order through video conferencing. ORDER A. As the account is closed and nothing remains to be paid the Original Application No.290/2022 stands disposed off.
		B. The original title documents, if any filed be returned to the Authorised Officer of the applicant bank as per rules.
		C. The court fees be refunded as per rules and as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. D. Consign the file to the Record Room.
