Mr.Verma, counsel for respondent bank has made a statement at the Bar that bank has withdrawn the SARFAESI proceedings for time being.
Mr. Rohit Sapra, counsel for the applicant states that due to the illegal act of the bank, the applicants were put to lot of inconvenience. Applicants had paid Rs.31,700/- as court fees and apart from that incurring expenditure of legal fees.
In view of this, bank is directed to credit the account of the applicants by Rs.40,000/-. Accordingly, SA stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
