1. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits

that
in this
Securitisation Application
they have
challenging the sale scheduled on 14^thJune, 2023 as per
sale notice dated 19^thMay, 2023. No other challenge is
made by the applicants in the Securitisation Application
either 13(2) notice or 13(4) notice.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent bank fairly admits
that the date of e-auction sale is mentioned as 22^ndJune,
2023 in the notice issued to the applicant whereas the date
of e-auction sale is mentioned as 14^thJune, 2023 in the
newspaper publication “Business Standard” dated 20^th
May, 2023 and as such they are not proceeded with the
sale.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent bank further
submits that as the bank is not proceeding with the sale the

i	Securitisation Application filed by the applicant becomes nfructuous and may be disposed of.
4.	In view of the above, I pass the following order : ORDER
A.	The Securitisation Application No.186/2023 stands disposed of as infructuous.
B.	All pending IA in the proceeding, if any are disposed of accordingly.
C.	Consign the file to the Record Room.
