ORDER

The applicants seek to withdraw the Securitisation Application stating that they filed Section 17(1) application challenging the e-auction dated 28^th February 2023. The secured creditor withdrew the e-auction as set out in paragraph no.2. Under these circumstances the applicants request the Tribunal to allow them to withdraw the Securitisation Application.

Mrs Fadia, does not object to the withdrawal of the Securitisation Application. Permission granted.

Interlocutory Application No.853 of 2023 is allowed with no order as to costs.
