The applicant filed additional affidavit (exhibit-9) stating that it paid the court fees from the borrowers account and therefore, the learned counsel submits that the applicant does not press for the refund of the court fees. The learned counsel does not press for the relief in terms of prayer clause 7(b). The learned counsel further submits that the learned Registrar be directed to return the original documents.
