In view of the consent terms dated 21/03/2023, the present OA is hereby disposed off and the parties are directed to adhere the terms and conditions as arrived between them. In case of default the default clause of the consent terms shall become effective. Consent Terms dated 21/03/2023 shall remain part of this order. |
