ORDER
- The applicant states that defendants have paid an entire amount of ₹40,81,251.30 outstanding as of 18th December 2019. Therefore, nothing survives in the Original Application. The learned counsel submits that the court fees are paid by the applicant and therefore, it is entitled for refund. Ms Tapdiya requests the Tribunal to grant permission to withdraw the Original Application. Permission granted.
