Constructed area of first ftoor 2000 sq.ft., second ftoor 1000 sq.ft., undivided interest of 2219.4 sq.ft., Corporation House No.-1074 (New House No.-1074115, Bungalow No.' 425, Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ward, Jabatpur; belonging to Defendant No.-4. The Defendants availed the credit facitities and also executed Revival Letters on 28103119 and 10/03/20. The accounts became irregular and the Defendants faited to tiquidate the outstanding dues despite issuance ofLegal Notice on 02102122 and initiation of action under the SecuritisationAct by the Appticant Bank. The Appticant-Bank has retied upon the documentsat Ex. A-1 to A-53 which were proved by Shri Manmohan Anand, ChiefManager.
