Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Shri Shikhar Lakhtakia, and has made a statement at the Bar that the parties have compromised the matter for a sum of Rs.31,50,000/- and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn .
