The defendant no. 9 deposited with the applicant bank, tifle deeds such as Sate deed no 2654 (V) of 1985, Deed of Release No 1858 of 1986, Sale deed 271 ot 2018, Deed of sate no ZO2O ot.tggz, Non Encumbrance Certificale dated 11.O.l.2O1g,Land ownership Certificate dated 11.0'1.20'18, Land revenue receipt dated 1O.O1.2O.lg. The defendant no. 9 has deposited title deeds with the appricant bank with the intention to create an equitable mortgage. The defendant no 9 executed confirmation retter dated 13.03.2018 confirming deposit of tifle deeds with the applicant bank with the intention to create an equitable mortgage. The property mortgaged/ created charge by the defendant no. 9 with the applicant bank as a security for repayment of loan availed by defendant no I is more specifically described in Schedule B of the OA.
