Hdfc Bank versus M/S Dangi Krishi Sewa Kendra

Whereas the applicant bank has filed the instant OA in this Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs. 31,89,126.86 (Rupees Thirty One Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Six and Paisa Eighty Six only) together with future and^pendentelite interest, cost etc. against the defendants.

Whereas during the^pendency of the case before the^DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the defendants^{have mutually} consentgd to settle the loan account and has filed an^{Application for} withdrawal alongwith affidavit of Shri Ashish^{Rawat Mat:ager.}

Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 09th Day of December 2023 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 22,00,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant prays.for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA 1OOB!2O22 is disposed of as.withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as^per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concerned parties or their representatives.
