Whereas the applicant bank has filed the instant OA in this Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs. 25,29,096.04 (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand Ninety Six and Paisa Four only) together with future and pendentelite interest, cost etc. against the defendants.

Whereas during the pendency of the case before the DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account and has fijed an withdrawal affidavit of Shri Nilesh Banshiwal, Chief Manager,

Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 09th Day of December 2023 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 16,03,000.00^(Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Three Thousand only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA 74612022 is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
