I.A. No.555/2023 has been filed by the applicant bank along with put up I.A. No.554/2023 for return of the original documents as the loan account was settled and the case was disposed of vide order dated 18.05.2023 by the Bench of Lok Adalat.
In this view of the matter, the Registry is directed to return the documents of the applicant bank as per Rules which were filed at the time of filing the case and accordingly, I.A. No.555/2023 is allowed and both the I.As including M.A are hereby disposed of .
