Heard on MA No.6/2023. This is an application for restoration of SA No.166/2022. This SA was fixed up on 19.01.2023, however, on that date applicant did not appear in time and the SA was dismissed in default. Later on, applicant appeared at 03:00 pm and filed this application for restoration.
Since, this application was filed on the day when SA was dismissed, the present MA is hereby allowed and disposed of accordingly. SA No.166/2022 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
