The application becomes Infructuous because on 28.08.2023 Hon’ble DRAT has passed order and stayed the operation of order dated 24.08.2010 directing the bank to restore the possession. 3. In these circumstances the application becomes Infructuous. As and when orders are passed further steps can be taken by the parties 4.
