Both the counsels are present. Respondent counsel submits there are no bidders for the schedule sale and the SA has become infructuous.
Applicant has challenged the sale notice dated 06.06.2022 and the prayer sought in the SA is to set aside impugned sale notice dated 06.06.2022.
As the sale did not materialize and there are no other measures under challenge is within 45 days, hence nothing survives in the SA for adjudication.
