IA 43/2022 Heard the Ld. counsel for the parties for IA no. 43/2022. It has been prayed to aforesaid IA that during the pendency of SA 18/2022 the action of the bank may be stayed. It is important to mention here that there is nothing specific SARF AESI action has been pointed out in the IA which is required to be stayed. Hence this interlocutory application is dismissed. It appears this IA 43/2022 has been filed by the applicant is vague grounds and the prayer is vague nature hence no relief can be granted. Accordingly this IA 43/2022 is dismissed. SA 18/2022 Ld. counsel for the respondent bank has submits that the applicant has challenge the sale notice dated 31.12.2021 but the sale in the matter could not take place due to wants of bidder. Therefore, the prayer made in the S. application has become infructuous. As there is no other prayer to quash the possession notice or there is no subsequent application to amend this prayer or make the subsequent prayer for quashing of the sale.
