| 1. On 28thApril 2022, the Tribunal passed an ad-interim order injuncting the secured creditor from taking any coercive steps. Based on the prima facie view, Mr Nagori submits that the secured creditor has withdrawn the 13(2) notice and shall issue fresh 13(2) notice as per the Rules. Mr Nagori further submits that the symbolic possession will be restored within reasonable time. 2. In view of the statement made by Mr Nagori, nothing survives in the present Securitisation Application and therefore, it stands disposed of with no order as to costs. 3.
