Advocate Rajeev L.G. represented learned counsel for the applicant is present. IA.No.2923/2022 filed by the applicant is put up for consideration. It is contended that during the pendency of the OA, the liability due to the applicant has been fully settled by the defendant for an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- and the said amount has been paid on 25.10.2022 in full and final settlement of the OA claim as per the OTS of the applicant and no further amounts are due to the applicant from the defendants in the subject loan account. Hence prayed to dispose the OA recording settlement. One Shri.P.K.Bijuraj, Chief Manager of the applicant bank has filed affidavit stating that the claim is settled with the defendants. Nothing remains to be recovered by the applicant bank from the defendants. As the claim is settled between the parties on full and final satisfaction, the IA.No.2923/2022 is allowed. The OA is disposed finally on settlement by recording full and final satisfaction of claim advanced by the applicant bank.
