Registrar has put up this file before me. It is alleged in the application that in the Recovery Certificate No.278/2008, Recovery Officer has issued sale certificate. However, the saledeed has not got executed in favour of auction purchaser. Recovery Officer-II, DRT-I, is hereby directed to re-open the RC file and get the sale-deed executed in favour of auction purchaser (Rajesh Kumar Joshi), in respect of property measuring 9 marla (1 marla = 207 sq ft.), situated at Baba Deep Singh Nagar, Jalandhar. A copy of this order be also sent to Recovery Officer.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
