Learned Counsel for both sides are present.

These transfer petitions are filed to transfer Appeal No. 5 of 2021 in TA No. 128 of 2020, and MA 168 of 2022 in TA No. 128 of 2020, from DRT, Coimbatore to DRT-II, Chennai.

These Transfer Petitions are filed on the basis of the order passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore on 17.9.2025 whereby the Learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore recorded that he rendered advice on this matter to the Respondent Bank as its Panel Advocate and propriety demands that the matter has to be transferred to some other Tribunal.

Learned Counsel for Respondent has no objection for this transfer.

Therefore, Appeal No. 5 of 2021 in TA No. 128 of 2020, and MA 168 of 2022 in TA No. 128 of 2020 pending on the file of DRT, Coimbatore, are transferred to DRT, Madurai.

DRT, Coimbatore is directed to ensure that the case records are properly indexed and transferred to DRT, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

On receipt of the records from DRT, Coimbatore, Learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Madurai is directed to assign a new number and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law, and as expeditiously as possible.
