THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Respondents are served but not represented.
Application for restoration of the appeal is filed by the appellant for recalling the order dated 02.02.2026 whereby appeal was dismissed for default. Learned counsel for appellant would submit that she was diligently pursuing the matter, but when the matter was taken up in revised list on 02.02.2026, she was busy in the Hon’ble High Court and could not be able to attend the court. Learned counsel further submits that absence was not intentional. Having considered the submission, I found the ground sufficient. Accordingly, M.A. Dy. No. 228 of 2026 is allowed. Order dated 02.02.2026 is recalled. Appeal is restored to its original number.
