It is found from the e-drt portal that some cases are filed through online but the hard copies of the same have not been received till date by the department. For this purpose, some of those cases were listed today. E-mails were sent to the concerned advocates for appearance before the registry bench today, failing which the cases were to be declined by the Registry. But, no one appears before the Registry bench today to file the hard copies. Hence, the cases listed under the heading of Defect from Sl. No. 9 to 17 are decline to Registrar.
