The Learned Counsel for the Appellant would submit that she seeks to withdraw the present Misc. Application on the ground that the relief which was claimed in this M.A. No. 47/2025 has already been granted by the Hon’ble High Court and directed the Learned DRT-I (In Charge of DRT-III) to expedite the hearing of the Securitisation Application No. 130/2021.
The Respondent No. 1 has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the M.A. No. 47/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending I.As. if any stand dismissed.
