THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Perused the order of the Hon’ble High Court passed on 25.09.2025 wherein appellants were given opportunity to make pre-deposit on or before 10th November, 2025 in terms of the order of this Tribunal.
However, appellant filed online application only on 10th November, 2025, that is after more than one and half month of passing of the order of the Hon’ble High Court. It is not clarified as to what prevented the appellants to move the petition before the last date fixed by the Hon’ble High Court. However, the last date fixed by the Hon’ble High Court to make pre-deposit has been expired. No order can be passed at this stage. Only after extension of time by the Hon’ble High Court this application can be entertained.
Accordingly, application is dispoised of.
