Heard the Learned Counsel for Appellant as well as Bank and perused the record.

Instant application is filed for a direction to the Learned DRT-III, Kolkata for expeditious hearing of I.A. 152 of 2024 filed in Misc. Application No. 25 of 2018.

Learned Counsel for Appellant would submit that Misc. Application is pending since 2018 wherein there is a settlement between the parties but due to the death of the two Defendants, I.A. 152 of 2024 was filed through legal representatives who are already on record. I.A. was heard-in-part but could not be finally disposed of. Direction may be issued to the Learned DRT for expeditious hearing of the I.A. in pending in M.A. 25 of 2018.
