The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 133/2021, whereby the interim relief has been declined on the ground that no such interim relief has been prayed and no any relief can be granted just on oral submission.
In view of the above, this court is of the opinion that there is no good ground made out for interfering in the order impugned and the fact is that the securitization application filed by the appellant is still pending before the Tribunal below, therefore, the appellant may move an appropriate application before the Tribunal below for redressal of his grievances as per law as raised before this Tribunal, if so desired.
Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed off.
