The present appeal has been filed against an interlocutory order, by which the interim relief prayed by the appellant was declined.
Since the status quo order in respect of property in question has already been granted by this Tribunal vide order dated 13.09.2024, therefore, there remains nothing to be adjudicated before this Tribunal. Thus, the present appeal stands disposed off with direction upon the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 261/2024 in accordance with law, most expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Till that time or disposal of the securitization application, whichever is earlier, the interim relief granted by this Tribunal vide order dated 13.09.2024 shall remain operative.
