ORDER
When the matter is taken up, Ld. Counsel for appellants submitted that this appeal is filed against an interim order passed in IA 1870/2023 in SA No.435/2023 on the file of DRT-I, Bangalore dated 15.9.2023. He further submitted that as the main SA was disposed of on 31.1.2025, nothing survives in this appeal and this appeal has now become infructuous.
Ld. Counsel for 3rd respondent is present. No representation for R1 and R2.
In the said circumstances, this Appeal MA(SA) 37/2024 is dismissed as infructuous.
