Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser contends that he is ready to receive the auction amount from the Bank without any interest and he is not interested to purchase the property in question.
Learned counsel for the appellant-Bank submits that the present appeal has been filed only with regard to the award of interest on the auction amount by the Tribunal below and if the auction purchaser is ready to take the auction amount without any interest, the Bank has no objection to the prayer made by the auction purchaser.
In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed off with direction to the Bank for returning the auction amount to the auction purchaser within fortnight from today, if there is no other legal impediment for the same.
