- This is an application for an amendment to implead Omkara Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. as the additional 9th respondent in this appeal for the reasons that there has been an assignment of the debt by 7th respondent J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Company which had in turn, purchased the debt from original lender Yes Bank Ltd. which is the first respondent herein.
