The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the appellant for seeking urgent relief.
This application is filed by the applicant to get an extension of time which was fixed for disposal of the Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 242 of 2024 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad (DRT). The Presiding Officer of the DRT has yet to be appointed and therefore, it is not possible to dispose of the matter expeditiously as directed. Hence, the time is extended, and the S.A. shall be disposed of within three months from today.
