THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the Appellant is withdrawing the appeal as the same is filed against an order of review wherein the review application was filed with a delay of 46 days. Learned Counsel for Appellant further submits that the Bank would be filing an appeal against the original order that could only be looked into only when the same is filed. However, since the appeal is withdrawn the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
