Heard the appellants of both the appeals, who have filed an application along with Settlement Deed-cum-Memorandum of Understanding today in court stating that the matter has been settled between the parties, therefore, they do not want to press both the appeals, hence the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of above, both the appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
