When the matter is taken up, Learned Counsel for Respondents submitted that a Memorandum of Compromise, jointly filed by Appellant Institution and Respondents stating that the Respondents’ property, which is the subject matter of this Appeal, has been sold, and the amount has been paid in full to the Appellant Institution, directly. Therefore, nothing survives in this Appeal.

Learned Counsel for both sides represented that the matter is settled between the parties and seek permission to withdraw the Appeal.

Accordingly, the Appeal in R.A(S.A):91/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn since it is settled out of Tribunal. All pending IAs, if any, stand closed as infructuous .

The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of this order.
