ORDER
When the matter is taken up, Ld. Counsel for petitioners/appellant filed a withdrawal memo stating therein that there is a direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) Nos.27716-27718/2024 to decide SA 690/022 pending before DRT, Coimbatore as early as possible, in all circumstances, before 31.1.2025. In the said circumstances, Memo filed seeking withdrawal of this application and the appeal is taken on record and permission is accorded.
