On 17.11.2023, at request of Ld. Counsel for appellants, this matter was posted to 27.12.2023 under the caption of ‘last chance’ and it was made clear that no further adjournment will be granted on that day. On 27.12.2023, again at request of advocate for appellants, matter was adjourned to this date under the same caption of ‘no further adjournment will be granted on that day” in order to give an opportunity to appellants to proceed with the case. In spite of accommodating the appellants, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case today and appellants again sought for time. Request for further time is refused.

In view of the same, Appeal RA(SA) 33/2019 is dismissed for non prosecution.
