THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
An affidavit, in compliance of the order dated 24.9.2024, is filed by Mr. Ankit Rana, General Manager, UCO Bank who is present virtually during the hearing. DGM of State Bank of India, Mr. Devendra Kumar Pali, who has already filed affidavit, is also present virtually.
I have heard both the officers of the Bank as well as the Learned Counsel for the parties. Since as per the affidavits appropriate actions have already been taken by the Banks, no further directions are being issued in the matter.

An application by the CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited, who has been substituted as Appellants No. 1 and 2, for withdrawal of the appeal.
In the affidavit of the UCO Bank it is also stated that the UCO Bank has received the due amount.
Since the Appellants have prayed for withdrawal of the appeal, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
I.A. 487 of 2024 stands disposed of.
No order as to costs.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record room.
