THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
A mention is made by the Learned Counsel for Appellant regarding typographical error in the operative portion of the order dated 12th August, 2024 wherein in the fourth line 10.1.2015 is typed instead of 10.01.2005 and in the fifth line 24.1.2015 is typed instead of 24.1.2005. Since it is a typographical error, the same is liable to be corrected.
Accordingly, necessary corrects are made today.
Let corrected copy be uploaded on the website with an endorsement that corrections are made in the earlier uploaded judgment.
