Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the misc. application being M.A. No. 08/2021, which has been filed for recalling the order dated 19.11.2019 passed by the Registrar in appeal Dy. No. 156/2016, by which the Registrar has only confirmed the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by this court, whereby the appeal was dismissed for non-compliance. As such the prayer made in the present misc. application is misconceived.
In view of the above, the misc. application is dismissed with no order as to costs.
