The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The appellants have filed this application for a refund of the pre-deposit amount.
The Misc. Appeal was disposed of with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, (D.R.T) to dispose of S.A. expeditiously.
Though a review application is filed by the appellants, in this application, they have stated that they are going to withdraw the application for review and hence, the application is allowed and the amount lying in deposit together with the accrued interest shall be released to the appellants on proper acknowledgement.
